How do I drive?
Steer with the wheel on the screen and use the gas and brake pedals. Follow the GPS line to each stop, then stop beside the bin (under 5 mph) and the arm empties it. You can switch the arm to manual in Settings.
The truck is full. Where do I go?
Drive to the transfer station (the dump) to empty the hopper. A bigger hopper is for sale in the garage.
How do I end the day?
Drive back to your headquarters, go inside the garage and tap Call it a night. If you skip stops, those customers will be unhappy and have extra trash tomorrow.
How do I unlock the full game?
The first 13 days are free. On day 14 the game offers the full game as a one-time purchase, or you can buy it any day from Settings. A grown-up check comes first.
We already bought the full game. How do we get it back?
Tap Restore purchase on the unlock card. This works after reinstalling the game, and on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account.
The purchase says it’s waiting
If your family’s settings ask a parent to approve purchases, it waits for that approval. The game unlocks by itself once a parent approves it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. On iPhone or iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one from your order history in the Google Play Store.
How do I start over?
Open Settings and tap Start a new company. This erases your company and all its progress. An unlocked game stays unlocked. To replay only today, use Restart today in Settings.
Does it need the internet?
No. The game plays offline. It only goes online to buy or restore the full game.
Will my progress come back if I reinstall the game?
No. Progress is saved only on the device, so deleting the game erases it. The purchase can be restored, as described above.
