Effective October 16, 2026
Smash Trash is a garbage-truck driving game made by McNeil Enterprises, Inc. (“we”). It doesn’t collect any information about the people who play it.
The short version
- No ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- We never ask for a name, email address, photo, location or contacts.
- Everything the game saves stays on the device. Nothing is sent to us.
What the game saves on the device
The game saves its progress on the phone or tablet: the day, coins, customers, the town you’ve built, your trucks and upgrades, settings such as sound, and whether the full game is unlocked. It also saves the name you give your trash company and your drivers. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else.
Purchases
The first 13 days are free. One optional in-app purchase unlocks the whole game, and a grown-up check comes before it. Apple or Google handles the payment, so we never see a name, email address or payment details. To get the purchase back after reinstalling the game, or on another device, tap Restore purchase on the unlock card.
What we don’t do
- We don’t show ads.
- We don’t use analytics, crash reporting or any other tracking tools.
- There is no chat, no sharing with other players, and no links out of the game.
- We don’t collect, sell or share any information.
Children’s privacy
Smash Trash is made for players of all ages, including children. It doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, so we have nothing to review or delete.
Erasing the game’s data
- In the game: open Settings and tap Start a new company. This erases your company and all its progress. An unlocked game stays unlocked.
- Deleting the game erases everything it saved on the device.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
