How do I get the vet clinic?
Open the Shop and tap Vet clinic. It’s a one-time purchase, and a grown-up check comes first. Once the clinic is open, choose Groomer, Vet or Both after you pick Busy Day or Calm Day.
We already bought the vet clinic. How do we get it back?
Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. This works after reinstalling the game, and on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account.
The purchase says it’s waiting
If your family’s settings ask a parent to approve purchases, it waits for that approval. The clinic opens by itself once a parent approves it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. On iPhone or iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one from your order history in the Google Play Store.
How do I start over?
On the title screen, tap the shop’s name. Then press and hold Start over for 3 seconds. This erases coins, stickers, upgrades and the shop name, and asks for a new name. The vet clinic stays unlocked.
How do I change the shop’s name?
Tap the shop’s name on the title screen and type a new one.
Does it need the internet?
No. The game plays offline. It only goes online to buy or restore the vet clinic.
Will my progress come back if I reinstall the game?
No. Progress is saved only on the device, so deleting the game erases it. The vet clinic purchase can be restored, as described above.
Why is a tool locked?
Some tools are for sale in the Shop under Grooming tools. Pets only ask for jobs your shop has the tools for.
