Fluffy Pet Care is a pet-grooming game for children, made by McNeil Enterprises, Inc. (“we”). It doesn’t collect any information about the people who play it.
The short version
- No ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- We never ask for a name, email address, photo, location or contacts.
- Everything the game saves stays on the device. Nothing is sent to us.
What the game saves on the device
The game saves its progress on the phone or tablet: coins, stickers, days played, the shop’s upgrades and tools, settings such as sound, and whether the vet clinic is unlocked. It also saves the name the player gives their pretend shop. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else.
Purchases
The game is free to play. One optional in-app purchase unlocks the vet clinic, and a grown-up check comes before it. Apple or Google handles the payment, so we never see a name, email address or payment details. To get the purchase back after reinstalling the game, or on another device, tap Restore purchases in the Shop.
What we don’t do
- We don’t show ads.
- We don’t use analytics, crash reporting or any other tracking tools.
- There is no chat, no sharing with other players, and no links out of the game.
- We don’t collect, sell or share any information.
Children’s privacy
Fluffy Pet Care is made for children. It doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children, so we have nothing to review or delete.
Erasing the game’s data
- In the game: on the title screen, tap the shop’s name, then press and hold Start over for 3 seconds. This erases the progress and the shop name. An unlocked vet clinic stays unlocked.
- Deleting the game erases everything it saved on the device.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
